d) Credit reference agencies, to confirm you are suitable for membership of one of Suite Stories trading arms.
e) For the purpose of reviewing whether the organisation you're a member of is suitable for membership of one of Suite Stories trading arms.

b) If the assets of Suite Stories or any organisations which are part of Suite Stories are acquired by a third party and members and contacts are one of the transferred assets.
